Liza Ferneyhough
Liza Ferneyhough is a Malaysian-British-Californian artist who works out of a crooked little house in Austin. She was a 2023 APALA Picture Book Honor award recipient as well as a Bologna Children’s Book Fair Opera Prima selection.
Loves to draw: Plants and peculiar creatures; multicultural kids, families, and foods; and cozy neighborhoods near and far in a warm, detailed style. She also enjoys putting assortments of items together and getting into the particulars of everyday objects.
